Where do I find my Player ID?
Open player search on nura.biz, find your nickname and open your profile. Your ID is the number next to “Уникальный код”. It’s also at the end of the profile’s web address. Open player search
How fast does the gold arrive?
Usually within 15 minutes of payment. If it’s going to take longer, we’ll tell you in Telegram.
How do I pay?
Send your order and we’ll reply in Telegram with card payment details in your currency: hryvnia, rubles or euros.
What if I enter the wrong ID?
That’s why the character appears before you pay, so check the nickname. We confirm it again before sending, because gold sent to another player usually can’t be returned.
Can I buy gold for a friend?
Yes. Enter your friend’s Player ID and the gold goes to the character you check.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 1 gold. For more than 50,000 gold, message us first so we can have it ready.
